A personalized encounter with materials, artisanal processes, and craft techniques.
In-Boutique: We offer a private fitting to take precise measurements and select your preferred color and customizations. To begin, an appointment with Tom can be scheduled. Orders are confirmed upon 100% payment and, depending on the piece, will be ready within 10 to 15 business days.
Online: For remote orders, we request specific measurements and reference photos to define the perfect fit and color. A virtual consultation can be scheduled for further development. Please note that our online bespoke service is subject to prior evaluation to ensure our rigorous quality standards and guarantee full customer satisfaction.
- Monogramming: Add a personal touch to your garments. Pieces can be personalized with embroidered initials.
- Special Dedications: We offer the exclusive option to embroider your full name or a special dedication inside the garment, making it a truly unique piece or a meaningful gift for a lifetime.

We are always available for any care or repair queries regarding pieces purchased through our boutique or on tomgutie.com. All repairs are carried out by our expert artisans in order to ensure enduring quality.
- Maintenance & Repairs: Specialized maintenance and repair services are currently available exclusively for pieces located in Lima. While not all repairs are possible, we will do our best to fulfill your request. To preserve the longevity and beauty of your piece, we recommend an annual maintenance service. Please note that this service is specifically required for outerwear pieces, and the first maintenance service is complimentary.
- Service Requests: If you wish to have a product repaired or serviced, please visit our boutique or contact our Customer Care for further information.
- Charges: Please note that certain repair services, as well as any maintenance services following the first complimentary one, will require an extra charge. Our staff will be delighted to assist you and inform you about our Care Service.

CARE GUIDE
General Information: Your Tom Gutie piece will maintain its qualities if it is not directly exposed to sources of light and heat. Always follow the care instructions on the label. If the piece comes into contact with water, hang it immediately and allow it to air dry. You may use dehumidifying silica gel packs to assist the process; this will not damage the fiber.
Care Guide for Knitwear, Scarves, and Shawls
- Washing: Hand wash only using mild soap or gentle detergent. Do not use a washing machine or tumble dryer. This also applies to our T-shirts.
- Storage: Your knitwear item will maintain its qualities and original shape if it is folded and stored on a flat surface.
