Gently slide the belt, ensuring it rests flat against your back and waist.
Leave the left end slightly longer than the right (approximately the width of your hand).
Bring the left end over the right, pass it underneath, and draw it upward. Gently adjust to the waist.
With the end that now falls naturally, fold the upper end in half to form a loop and pass it from back to front through the center of the knot. Pull gently to the side to tighten.
Adjust the ends until you find perfect symmetry.
